I have only had 1 deadlift session since purchasing, however, the Talon made loading and unloading plates easy. It's slick, and allows you to keep the plates tight with absolutely minimal effort.

It's looks sharp, it has a quality feel to it,
and it works like a hot damn! Do yourself a favour and add it to your gear bag.
